Order & Delivery Timeline

  • Manufacturing: Please allow up to 3 working days for production.
  • Shipping: Orders are dispatched on the 4th working day after placement.
  • Delivery: Depending on your location in New Zealand, delivery takes 2–3 working days.

Data Protection

  • We use secure systems to protect your personal information.
  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required to complete your order (e.g., courier services).

Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be altered once manufacturing has begun.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if payment is not completed or if materials are unavailable.

Manufacturing & Shipping

  • Manufacturing timeframe: Please allow up to 3 working days for production.
  • Dispatch: Orders are shipped on the 4th working day after placement.
  • Delivery: Depending on your location in New Zealand, delivery takes 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • Secure payment gateways are used; we do not store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Inspect goods upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues.

Limitation of Liability

  • EP Mall is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from late delivery or product use.
