Order & Delivery Timeline
- Manufacturing: Please allow up to 3 working days for production.
- Shipping: Orders are dispatched on the 4th working day after placement.
- Delivery: Depending on your location in New Zealand, delivery takes 2–3 working days.

Manufacturing & Shipping
- Manufacturing timeframe: Please allow up to 3 working days for production.
- Dispatch: Orders are shipped on the 4th working day after placement.
- Delivery: Depending on your location in New Zealand, delivery takes 2–3 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
- All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
